Jaglanka czekoladowo orzechowa z bananem

Jeśli ktoś lubi śniadania na słodko, taka jaglanka będzie idealna. Świetnie sprawdzi się również jako pełnowartościowy deser.

Ta niepozornie wyglądająca miseczka pysznego jedzonka poleca się do konsumpcji. 😀 Tylko kilka składników a zapycha strasznie i daje energii na parę godzin. 🏃
Płatki jaglane możecie zastąpić swoimi ulubionymi albo zrobić mieszankę i pół na na pół z otrębami. Reszty składników raczej nie trzeba podmieniać, bo każdy za nimi przepada. Ewentualnie masło orzechowe zamienić na ulubione orzechy.

Wartości odżywcze:
466 kcal B 16 g W 55 g T 20 g

Składniki na 1 porcję:
▸60 g płatków jaglanych
▸szklanka wody
▸łyżeczka kakao
▸2 łyżki masła orzechowego
▸pół banana
▸odrobina wiórków kokosowych do posypania

1.Płatki zalewamy wrzątkiem i dodajemy kakao. Gdy namięknął dodajemy masło orzechowe i mieszamy.
2. Przekładamy do miski, dodajemy banana i wiórki.
